Approval Global Configuration

The Approval Global Configuration screen provides multiple configuration options allowing to customize add-on behavior and look.

Navigate to the Add-Ons Panel within your JIRA installation and Click on Approval Global Configuration.

Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Approval → Approval Global Configuration

Manage the listed setting to customize your Herzum Approval installation:

Approval superusers, to enable one/more user/s approving/rejecting any approval request instead of every user
Events Logging, to customize how events associated to the Approval process are displayed and maintained
Approval History, to hide one/more column, hide/rename header labels and grouping events of the Approval History tab
Lock reversing approval actions, to disable the approvers capability to reverse an approval action
Maintain Approvals section expanded, to maintain the Approvals section, on the Issue screen, always expanded
Enable Abstain Approval action
Customize buttons labels, to customize the labels displayed on the buttons allowing to send the approval requests via e-mail
Show or Hide Approvals section columns, to show/hide data displayed on the Approvals section of the issue screen
Customize Approvals section labels, to rename header labels on the Approvals section of the issue screen.
Display large action buttons, to have a different layout of the Action buttons displayed on the issue screen
Enable automatic workflow transition based on AWT MRA CMRA, to perform issue transition based upon MRA and CMRA settings
