When a ticket is in an approval status, the issue screen display one/more buttons allowing to notify, via email, all Approvers that an Approval Request exists for them.

The text displayed on the button is compound by Transition Name (Request Approval label) .

The Request Approval label can be customized via the Approval Global Configuration Administration screen.

Following, first, you can review the screenshots of an issue displaying a not customized Request Approval button label and, then, an issue displaying a customized button together to the related settings .

In order to leave the button label as per default, just leave the related text-box empty.

The issue screen shows one button for each workflow transition having been associated with one/more approval/s as showed below.

When more then two transitions, having the same source status, have been associated with one/more approval/s, a button, allowing to chose the approval request to notify, is displayed.

The Request Approvals label can be customized via the Approval Global Configuration Administration screen too.

The screenshots below show a customized button label on the left and the related setting on the right.
