Display the status of the approvals

You can display the status of the Approvals, for an issue, on the issue view screen in Jira Software, on the tickets view in the Jsd customer portal, on the issues of the Jira agile Boards, on the lists of issues on the Search Navigator and, finally, on the Gadgets showing lists of issues into the Jira dashboards.

Reply to an approval request

You can approve, reject, abstain, reset, comment an approval request by e-mail using the Approval buttons or a specific syntax (e.g @Approved Comment@) or you can navigate on the issue view screen in Jira Software or on the tickets view in the Jsd customer portal and click the Approval buttons.

Perform searches via the Approval Jqls

You can perform advanced searches on Approvals via the built-in Jqls.
