All administrative functions of Herzum Approval require you to be a user with the Jira Administrators or Jira System Administrators global permission.
The Troubleshooting and Support screen provides you with the following administration functionalities:
Integrity Checker, allowing to identify and recover any inconsistency relating app data and functionalities
Check Auto-transition, allowing to check for issues pending automatic transitioning due to an automatic transition failure
Workflow Cleaning, allowing to remove all the Approval Conditions from the workflows
Support Request, allowing to create a zip file containing useful information about your instance that can be voluntary provided to Herzum support Team for troubleshooting purposes.
