All administrative functions of Herzum Approval require you to be a user with the Jira Administrators or Jira System Administrators global permission.

The Troubleshooting and Support screen provides you with the following administration functionalities:

  • Integrity Checker, allowing to identify and recover any inconsistency relating app data and functionalities
  • Check Auto-transition, allowing to check for issues pending automatic transitioning due to an automatic transition failure
  • Workflow Cleaningallowing to remove all the Approval Conditions from the workflows
  • Support Request, allowing to create a zip file containing useful information about your instance that can be voluntary provided to Herzum support Team for troubleshooting purposes.
