We have a case with approvals and we don't know how to configure it:
1. We are sending an approval request for 2 people(users from different custom fields)
2. 1st Approver accepted request
2nd Approver rejected request
3. We want to to re-request approval from 2nd Approver.
Is it possible?
We don't want to transition issue on previous status and then send again on repeat round of approvers, because it will send to 1st Approver.
