| 3 | Select a Project to create a customized template for all the 'Approval Required' e-mail notifications related to the issues belonging to the specific project. |

| 4 | Select the Condition to prioritize the email. This parameter allows to set the emails priority to High when the condition, evaluated on any single issue, returns true. If no condition is set, the emails priority is set to Normal. The Condition to prioritize the email can be configured via the Conditional Rule Administration screen. |

| 5 | Click Hide to remove one of the listed fields (Issue Type, Issue Creation Date, Project, Workfow transition, Approve/Reject Instructions) by the body of the e-mail. If showed, the listed fields are displayed at the top of the email in addition to the selected ones. |

| 6 | Edit the Approve/Reject Instructions and Save to maintain changes. It's not allowed to save an empty text. The Approve/Reject Instruction radio button allows hiding the whole field. |

| 7 | Select one Issue's field at a time and click Add Field to include the Field on the e-mail.

| 8 | Fields are displayed on the e-mail in the same order displayed on the Field List. Drag and drop a field to change its position. |

| 9 | Click back to Approval E-Mail Templates Administration to turn back to the Approval E-Mail Templates Administration screen maintaining saved changes. |
