5 | Click Hide to remove one of the listed fields (Issue Type, Issue Creation Date, Project, Workfow transition, Approve/Reject Instructions) by the body of the e-mail.

6 | Edit the Approve/Reject Instructions and Save to maintain changes.

7 | Select one Issue's field at a time and click Add Field to include the Field on the e-mail.
