The Populate the selected User Picker field with the Delegated approvers Post Function allows to write all the Approval users into a target Custom Field User Picker Multiple of the current issue, 


Configuring the Populate the selected User Picker field with the Approvers post function

  • Choose   →  Issues → Workflows or click Create Workflow function on the v5-Advanced#Workflowfunctions administration screen
  • Edit the concerned workflow
  • Select the concerned workflow transition (transition on approbation or transition on rejection)
  • Select the Post Function tab
  • Add Post Function
  • Check the option Populate the selected User Picker field with the Approvers (Herzum Approval) 

  • Fill the parameters: 

  1. Super User (Required) - User used to put the approvers into a custom field:  

    1. The Target field will be updated via the selected user credentials. 

  2. Target Field (Required) - Add Approvers on selected User Picker field: the approvers usernames will be inserted on the selected field

  3. All Approvers (Optional) - If enabled, the Target field is populated with all requested approvers from all the approval stages: 
    1. If All Approvers is Off: the custom field is populated with the approvers requested on the destination workflow status for the current issue
    2. If All Approvers is On: the custom field is populated  with the approvers requested on each workflow status for the current issue
