Herzum Moderator Approval Security Statement

Effective Starting Date: January 2, 2019

Herzum Moderator Approval is an app for Bitbucket Server which:

• is installed on the customer Bitbucket  Server;
• stores all data on customer own servers and does not use any external hosted services;
• processes data from Jira using Java API;
• provides views in Bitbucket  Server of the data stored in the Bitbucket  Server database.
  
  

Herzum Moderator Approval for Bitbucket  Server is using Jira Java API to store application data in customer own Bitbucket Server database only for purposes related to the app usage.

• Herzum Moderator Approval is hosted in the customer's infrastructure and the customer is responsible for data protection controls including but not limited to: data backup and recovery, user accesses and roles administration and maintaining security of them.
• Herzum Moderator Approval data are stored in the customer's Bitbucket Server database.
• Herzum Moderator Approval logs trace specific limited information only for purposes of problem troubleshooting or help with Herzum Moderator Approval administration and usage. Log files are stored in the log directory of the customer own Bitbucket server.
• Herzum Moderator Approval adds to the default Bitbucket Server email notification built-in notifications to Bitbucket Server users. The customer is responsible for data protection controls on each email notification sent by the app on any recipient's email server, including but not limited to email addresses  and email content.
  

Herzum  is responsible for providing support to Herzum Moderator Approval  app customers.

The Herzum  support team might request information only for purposes of problem troubleshooting or help with Herzum Moderator Approval administration and usage.
