Overview
The Approval E-Mail Templates Administration screen shows the list of all configured E-Mail Templates by project.
You are allowed updating an existing e-mail template or deleting it.
Updating an existing e-mail template
1 | Click Edit to display the E-Mail Template Configuration. | Approval E-Mail Templates Administration screen |
2 | Update the template by changing the Condition to Prioritize emails, hiding or showing Issue Type, Issue Creation Date, Project, Workfow transition, Approve/Reject Instructions , Editing the Approve/Reject Instructions, adding a new field or deleting an existing one. | E-Mail Template Configuration screen |
3 | Reorder fields by simply drag and drop them. The established order will be followed on the sent e-mails. | E-Mail Template Configuration screen |
Deleting an existing e-mail template
On Click Delete, the e-mail template is removed from the list and the default e-mail template is applied to format the Approval Request emails.
