To set the connection between your JIRA Environment and your Mattermost environment enter: Mattermost URL - the Mattermost base URL. Token - the Mattermost Personal Access Token. Once the global settings have been entered JIRA will attempt to connect with Mattermost. Successful connection status will show "Connected" on this page and the username of the administrator having system_admin role in Mattermost. The Mattermost Amplifier for JIRA requires that there exist an administrator user for Mattermost whose email address is the same as an administrator user in JIRA. |
