Configuring an Approval as Group Picker custom field AND/OR (Groups, Project Roles,Users, Assignee, Reporter and Project Lead)

1	Navigate to the Add-Ons Panel within your JIRA installation and click on Approval Administration to manage Approvals. Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Approval → Approval Administration	Navigational Item within Add-Ons
2	Click on Add New Advanced Approval.	Approvals Configuration screen
3	Follow the step below: select a group picker custom field via the Group Picker Field select list select or check one/more Groups, Project Roles and/or Users, Assignee, Reporter, Project Lead select the operator AND It's required that at least two choices are made. It's not allowed to select user picker and group picker custom fields together.	Advanced Approval creation screen
4	Configure the specific workflow transition to be blocked until the Advanced Approval has been validated. This configuration can be set for an Approval Mapping as for a specific issue via the Define Approvals screen.	Approvals Mapping screen
5	Display the required approvers. For each Group selected on the Group picker custom field, an approval request is created. E.g. the Approval (use1,user2, user3) AND (jira-administrators) can be approved by user1,user2 and user3 independently only if the user belong to the jira-administator group.	Issue view screen
