Overview

The Herzum Approval add-on allows to notify an approval request via comment.

This capability is disabled by default.

In order to enable the Approval Notification via comment follow  Notify approvals via comment (NAC) global setting guide line.

This setting allows to manage the approval process via JIRA Service Desk customer portal.

The following screenshot shows an approval required via comment on an issue displayed via the JIRA Service Desk customer portal:

The Approval notification via comment is automatically performed by the system when an issue is transitioned in a status having been configured to require the approval.

The comment includes the following information:

 

Users/Groups/Project roles enabled to approve the request
