When the automatic workflow transition global setting is set to Responsive Automatic Transition, it's possible that some transitions fail due existing conditions and validators are not validated.
In order to keep under control the issues having encountered this scenario and bulking heal their status, follow the steps illustrated below:
1 | Navigate to the Add-Ons Panel within your JIRA installation and Click on Approval Reindexing Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Approval → Approval Reindexin

3 | An alert advises that issues exist not have not transitioned across the workflow due to unchecked conditions or validators. The screen is displayed only if at least one affected issue exists. If all issues have been quietly transitioned, a message confirming that the Approval re-indexing has been performed successfully will be displayed.

4 | i | Click Yes to bulk transitioning all affected issues. The add-on will re-try to transitioning the issues by checking again if existing validators and conditions are validated. If existing validators and conditions are still not validated for some issues the sys admin will be allowed to Force issue transitiong (issues are transitioned without run workflow's post functions and check conditions and validators). |

iii | Click on the counter of the affected issues to display the issues that are candidate to be transitioned across the workflow. Issues are displayed on the JIRA issue navigator.
