Overview
The Notify approvals via comment (NAC) setting allows to manage the approval process via JIRA Service Desk customer portal.
This setting is evaluated only on checking the NAC box for a given Mapping and it enables:
By default, the NAC parameter (Notify approvals via comment) is set to Disabled.
By enabling NAC it's required to select an user to be recorded as the author of the approval notification on the comment.
Configure NAC global setting
Configure the Notify approvals via comment (NAC) by following the steps illustrated below.

| 3 | Chose between the two alternative options:
On selecting Enabled it's mandatory to select an User. The selected user will be recorder as the author of all comments automatically added by the add-on to notify an approval request. |

| 4 | Click Save to apply managed settings or Cancel to exit without saving. |
