Notifications via e-mail

The Herzum Approval add-on manages the following notifications via email:

1. Approval reply notification to
   1. users having been set as approvals and to the Assignee (default)  
      or
   2. Configured recipients (this setting overwrite the default behavior)
   when an user click on one of the action buttons (Approve, Reject, Cancel).
2. Request for Approval to
   1. all the Approvers, when

   1. 1.  the user click on the Transition (Request for Approval) button
         

         When the user click on the notification button, an alert confirms that the approvers have been notified via email.

         

      2. automatically, if the approval mapping has been configured by having the ARN (automatic approval request notification) box checked.
   2. a single Approval, when the user click on the Request for Approval button
