Overview
The 'Approval Required' e-mail notification template includes by default the following information: Project Key, Issue number, Summary,Issue Type, Assignee, Created, Project, Priority, Reporter, Workflow transition, Approve/Reject Instructions and Description.
The default template looks like as shown below:
The add-on allows to configure a customized e-mail template by project so that additional information can be added to the 'Approval Required' e-mail. If no customized e-mail template is associated to a given project, the' Approval Required' e-mail notification will be managed via the default template.
