The Herzum Moderator Approval app has not compatibility with Bitbucker v.4.5.x and v.4.6.x due to a bug already reported to Atlassian (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BSERV-8623).

The bug has been fixed in Bitbucket v.4.7.0.
