Overview
The Approval Reindex screen allows refreshing all add-on data in order to fix eventual inconsistencies and, additionally, massively manage inconsistencies on issues pending automating transitioning.
Furthermore, the screen allows running the removal of the Approval Condition automatically added to all workflow when installing the add-on.
Notice that it is expected that on uninstalling the add-on the Approval Conditions are automatically removed and this operation is suggested for troubleshooting exclusively.
Do not remove the Approval Condition from the workflows to allow the add-on working properly. If you have removed the condition from the workflows erroneously, you can restore it by running a re-indexing. |
Re-indexing
To Re-Index add-on data, follow the steps below.
1 | Navigate to the Add-Ons panel within your JIRA installation and click on Approval Reindexing Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Approval → Approval Reindexing |

2 | Click on Re-Index to fix eventual inconsistencies on Approval data. |

3 | An alert advises that re-indexing has been successfully performed. |

4 | An alert advises that re-indexing has been successfully performed. |

5 | An alert advises that some issues are pending to transition cause of not validated conditions or validators. |

Workflow Cleaning
To remove all Approval Conditions from your workflows , follow the steps below.
Perform this operation exclusively before uninstalling the add-on. |
1 | Navigate to the Add-Ons panel within your JIRA installation and click on Approval Reindexing Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Approval → Approval Reindexing |

2 | Click on Remove Approval Conditions to remove all Approval Conditions from your workflows. |
