We been doing an Evaluation of the approval plugin
I have the multi group selector / approval setup and working well.
The user group testing like what they are seeing.
Can this be done
In addition to selecting multi group for approval they need to be able to select a single user as well.

Can I have a multi group selection and also have a single user selection of approvers
If so how can I set this up.

Also I only want the approval buttons to show for projects that need approval they are showing for all projects now

Configurations

In order to hide the ‘Issue Approvals’ button for all projects, navigate at Permissions -> Configure Approvals for Single Issue tab of the Herzum Approval administration section and check the option Only Selected Projects.

Concerning the use case ‘also have a single user selection of approvers ‘, you are able to add a second Approval to your Mapping.

Approval Mapping Configuration

How it works

The following example shows how the applied setting works.

The Approvals panel shows the requested approval based upon the picked groups into the Approval Group field and the picked user into the Approvers field
