When the approver replies the email to approve, then he goes away and doesn't follow the email or ticket anymore. He automatically assumes that he approves and done. However, between the time when he approves until JIRA actually gets the approval and sends the response to everyone, that might take some time. Worst case JIRA doesn't get the approval and doesn't send out the response. Then we don't know what's going on. As JIRA admin, we still want to follow and monitor the approvers. Therefore, in the Approval Request that sends out to each approver, is that possible if we can "cc" to include some emails in there? So, when the approver replies and approves the ticket, it will "cc" to us and we can monitor the approvals? |
