The Herzum Quick linker upgrade from v.4 for JIRA-6.0-6.4 to v.4 for Jira 7 doesn't require any recommendation case of Local Partnership.
If Partnerships between different Jira instances exist, it is recommend to:
- ensure that the Jira instances have all two the same Jira major version
- install the same app version on all two the Jira instances
- navigate the Partnership Administration screens of the two Jira instances in order to enable the app.
