Go to Image Modified for your project, then Mattermost Settings.

Click the cog icon Image Added for a Project Channel.
Click on for the policy.
Modify the policy and Save.
NOTE: When using the Delete Issue event, the JQL Filter cannnot be used in the policy as it is not taken into account by JIRA.
