The Default Approval E-Mail Templates Configuration screen allows to customize the Default Approval E-Mail Template. The Default template is used as e-mail template to notify an approval request for projects have not been associated to a Project's Custom template.
1 | Navigate to the Add-Ons Panel within your JIRA installation and Click on Approval E-Mail Templates Administration to manage e-mail templates. Administration → Add-Ons → Herzum Approval → Approval E-Mail Templates Administration |

| 3 | Select the Condition to prioritize the email. This parameter allows to set the emails priority to High when the condition, evaluated on the single issue, returns true. |

| 4 | Click Hide to remove one of the listed fields (Issue Type, Assignee, Issue Creation Date, Project, Priority, Reporter, Workfow transition, Approve/Reject Instructions, Description) by the body of the e-mail.

| 5 | Delete and Edit the Approve/Reject Instructions or just Update it. Click Save to maintain changes. It's not allowed to save an empty text. The Approve/Reject Instruction radio button allows hiding the whole field. |

| 6 | Select/Add Field you need to show on the e-mail. |

| 7 | Fields are displayed on the e-mail in the same order displayed on the Field List. Drag and drop a field to change its position. |
